  • Spacers

SPACERS Spacers allow conduit of varying sizes and configurations to be laid within a conduit trench or duct at a consistent separation. Spacers assemble easily with no special tools required. Available to suit 100, 125, 150mm and 200mm conduit, our spacers are manufactured in Australia using 100% recycled materials. ORIGINAL SPACER The original spacer is designed to suit 100mm, 125mm, 150mm and 200mm Conduit. QIKBUILD SPACER BORE SPACER Bore Spacers are used in underbore applications to help maintain correct positioning of PVC conduits or PE pipes. Each Bore Spacer is manufactured using either PVC (celluka) or super tough PE board. It can be supplied with or without nylon castor wheels depending on the application. TREFOIL SPACER Ausgrid approved Trefoil Spacers are suitable for a formation of 3 x 150mm conduits, 3 x 63mm conduit and 1x 32mm conduit. BAFFLE SPACER Each Baffle Spacers is manufactured in Australia from 15mm thick PVC or 12mm super tough recycled polyethylene. SPACER BLOCK Spacer Blocks are used to increase the standard 50mm separation between conduits. Available in 20mm, 25mm and 50mm, these stack together to customise the conduit layout. Quick and simple slide-fit assembly Unique taper lock Flexible and easy to conform to uneven trench bases. Thin walls to ensure backfill is unhindered and can flow completely around the conduit. Designed to accommodate either light or heavy duty standard conduit. Allows for various conduit sizes together in the same trench Quick pre-assembly outside of trench Spacers lock together using the unique locking lugs to form a matrix. The matrix can be customised on site to suit the particular application Minimum 50mm separation between conduits by design Maintains correct spacing and geometry among three ducts/cables Helps magnetic field cancellation, reducing inductance and heating Improves thermal performance by ensuring balanced layout Enables easier installation Provides durable support underground or in concrete/soil environments Manufactured in standard sizes to suit common duct/cable diameters Radius Ausgrid approved Tre3foil Spacers are suitable for a formation of 3 x 150mm conduit. 3 x 63mm conduit and 1 x 32mm conduit. Used in underbore application to help maintain correct positioning of PVC conduit or PE pipe. Manufactured using PVC (celluka) or super tough PE board. Bore Spacer is custom designed and cut using a CNC Router.
